Girls Basketball Roundup: City High Snaps Skid With Road Win at Dubuque Hempstead

City High snapped a six-game losing skid with a 50-39 win over Dubuque Hempstead on Tuesay in a Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division contest in Dubuque.
The Little Hawks had lost six consecutive games, all to ranked teams before getting back on track on Tuesday.
City High improved to 4-13 on the season with the win while Dubuque Hempstead dropped to 1-17 with its 17th consecutive loss.
Emmy McComas had a game-high 21 points to lead City High while Augie Palmer added 19 points for the Little Hawks.
Tessa Driscoll had six points for City High.
Chandler Houselog had 14 points to pace Dubuque Hempstead while Madysen Pint and Camdyn Kay had each had eight points.
