Class 3A third-ranked Solon continued to steamroll through the WAMAC East on Friday with a 59-23 win over Independence in an East Division contest in Solon.

The win was the ninth straight for Solon and improved the Spartans to 14-1 on the season including 4-0 against WAMAC East Division teams.

Callie Levin had a game-high to lead the Spartans while Hailey Miller added 10 points.

Anna Quillin had nine points and Kobi Lietz and Delainey Durr each had seven for Solon.

Annie Johnson led Independence with eight points as the Mustangs dropped to 5-10 on the season.
