Your Prep Sports 

City High moved up to one spot to tenth in the most recent Class 4A girls cross country rankings released on Tuesday by the Iowa Association of Track Coaches.

The Little Hawks are among four Your Prep Sports area teams to appear in the most recent rankings.

Solon is third in the Class 3A rankings while Clear Creek Amana is No. 12 in Class 3A.

Regina returned to the Class 1A rankings at No. 14 this week.

Top-ranked teams this week include Dubuque Hempstead (4A), Mount Vernon-Lisbon (3A), Monticello (2A) and Logan-Magnolia (1A).
