West Branch extended its winning streak to five with a 5-0 shutout of Hudson on Monday in West Branch.

Gage Gingerich scored two goals and Peyton Millerand Joe Hamann each added a goal as West Branch improved to 8-2 on the season with its fifth consecutive win.

Hudson dropped to 6-6 with the loss.

Miller had two assists while Trenton Schutte and Cameron Schutte each had an assist for the Bears.

Reese Trepanier and Gavin Hills combined for the shutout in goal.

Hills made 15 saves and Trepanier had three saves as the Bears posted their fifth shutout of the season.
