Solon posted top two finishes in 13 events and ran away with the team title at the Williamsburg Co-ed Invitational on Tuesday on a rainy night in Williamsburg.

The Spartans won five events and were runner-up in eight others while rolling up 154 points to outdistance runner-up Cedar Rapids Prairie by 45 points.

Host Williamsburg was third with 75 followed by Mount Pleasant with 60 and West High with 57.

Clear Creek Amana finished ninth with 44 points and Regina was 15^th with four points.

Aly Stahle and Meghan O’Neill won individual titles for Solon and the Spartans won a trio of relay titles on Tuesday.

Stahle won the 100 in 27.01 and O’Neill won the 400 in 1:03.18 to pace the Spartans.

The Solon foursome of Mia Stahle, Makinley Levin, Sophia Stahle and Emma Bock won the sprint medley relay in 1:49.28 and Addie McQuinn, Emma Wolff, Callie Levin and Kaia Holtkamp won the distance medley in 4:34.05.

Holtkamp, O’Neil, Grace Federspiel and Bock won the 4×400 relay in 4:07.33.

Solon got individual runner-up finishes from Makinley Levin in the long jump, Mia Duckett in the 100, Bock in the 800 and Kayla Young in both the 1,500 and 3,000.

The Spartans also finished runner-up in the 4×100, 4×200 and 4×800 relays.

West High swept the individual hurdle events on its way to a fifth-place team finish.

Ella Woods won the 100 hurdles in a time of 16.0 while Erinn Varga won the 400 hurdles in 1:08.62.

Annie Schwartz was runner-up in the 400 in 1:03.78 for West High.

Clear Creek Amana won the shuttle hurdle relay with the team of Emma Mathis, Meghan Cullen, Mari Cetta and Silvana Kabolo clocking a winning time of 1:07.81.

The Clippers were runner-up in the sprint medley relay.
