Solon fell to Class 3A fifth-ranked Washington 41-34 on Thursday in the regular season finale for both teams in Washington.

The Spartans dropped to 13-9 with its second consecutive loss while Washington improved to 17-3.

Jake Quillin led Solon with 11 points while Jake Benzing added nine points for the Spartans.

Kasen Bailey had a game-high 17 points for Washington while Ethan Patterson added 10 for the Demons.
