Holden Arnaman followed up a solid debut season last year with a stellar sophomore campaign this season.

On Wednesday the West Branch sophomore point guard was recognized for his breakthrough season.

Arnaman was named the River Valley Conference South Division All-conference team on Wednesday when the league released its postseason honors.

An honorable mention selection a year ago as a freshman, Arnaman led the Bears in scoring at 16 points per game and assists with 5.4 per game this season.

Arnaman also averaged 3.6 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game.

Senior guard Brady Knoop earned honorable mention honors after averaging 10.6 points and 4.6 rebounds per game.

Regina senior Coltrae Kerschen was an honorable mention pick after averaging a team-high 11.5 points and 2.4 rebounds per game.
