Clear Creek Amana All-state Receiver Rosenberg Commits to Iowa Western

One of the most productive pass catchers in the entire state has made a college commitment.
Clear Creek Amana senior wide receiver Harrison Rosenberg announced his commitment to Iowa Western Community College on Thursday with a post on social media.
“I would first like to thank my family, friends, coaches and teammates for supporting me through my journey,” Rosenberg wrote on Twitter. “I would also like to thank all the coaches for taking the time to recruit me. With that being said I am excited to announce that I will be committing to Iowa Western.”
A three-year starter, Rosenberg led the Clippers in receptions as a sophomore and caught 39 passes for 586 yards and seven touchdowns in his first two varsity seasons combined.
In his final prep season Rosenberg emerged as one of the best receivers in the state.
Rosenberg earned Class 4A first-team all-state honors from the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association after ranking in the top 11 in receptions, receiving yards and touchdown catches as a senior.
The 6-foot-2, 170-pound Rosenberg averaged 6.5 receptions and 85.5 receiving yards per game as a senior while helping Clear Creek Amana to a 6-4 record and a spot in the Class 4A playoffs.
Rosenberg had a career-high 46 receptions (11th most in 4A) and his 855 receiving yards ranked third in Class 4A.
Rosenberg had a touchdown reception in eight games this season, including each of the final seven games and his 12 touchdown grabs ranked fourth in Class 4A.
The senior had at least four receptions and 60 yards receiving in seven games and had five games with at least 100 receiving yards.
Rosenberg had four games with two touchdown receptions.
