Class 5A fifth-ranked West High broke open a two-point game with a 23-point fourth quarter on its way to a 54-35 win over Dubuque Senior on Tuesday in a Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division contest in Iowa City.

Anna Prouty had a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds as West High improved to 13-3 on the season while Dubuque Senior dropped to 10-8 on the year.

Meena Tate had 10 points, eight steals and three assists for the Trojans while Melae’ Lacy had 10 points, five rebounds and three blocks.

Keiko Ono-Fullard had six points and four assists for West High.

Sam McDonald had 13 points to lead Dubuque Senior while Olivia Baxter added 12 for the Rams.
