Hunter Garvin continued his unbeaten season with another impressive performance on Saturday winning the 152-pound title at the Council Bluffs Wrestling Classic.

Garvin won a 19-8 major decision over Tyler Antoniak of Millard South Nebraska in the 152-pound title match to keep his record unblemished on the season.

Kyler Scranton, Grant O’Dell, Justin Avila, Kael Scranton and Brett Pelfrey all added top-10 finishes as West High finished sixth in the team standings at the 41-team event.

Brandon Valley won the team title with 562.5 points followed by Millard South with 423, Underwood with 365.5 and Waukee Northwest with 328.5.

West High finished with 293.5 points.

O’Dell was fourth at 138 pounds while Avila was fifth at 145 and Pelfrey was fifth at 285.

Kyler Scranton was eighth at 132 pounds and Kael Scranton was ninth at 160.
