West High won seven events on its way to claiming the team title at the regional swimming meet in Clinton on Saturday afternoon.

Scarlet Martin and Jade Rogahir each won two individual titles and helped West High to a pair of relay wins as the Trojans finished with 484 points to outdistance runner-up Bettendorf by 66 points.

Pleasant Valley was third with 376, Davenport Central was fourth with 265 and Muscatine was fifth with 264.

Martin won the 100 backstroke in 55.76 and the 100 butterfly in 54.72 and Roghair won the 200 freestyle in 1:54.49 and the 500 freestyle in 5:07.25.

Roghair and Martin were both part of the West High winning 200 freestyle and 400 freestyle relay teams.

Samantha Klein added a win in the 1-meter diving competition with a score of 493.35 while teammate Aimee Varga was runner-up with a score of 397.9.

Ella Hochstetler was runner-up in the 50 freestyle in 24.52 and the 100 butterfly in 57.99 and Kolby Reese was runner-up in the 500 freestyle in 5:09.09 for West High.

Carlee Wilkins was third in the 100 backstroke, Olivia Taeger was third in the 100 freestyle and 200 IM and Reese was third in the 200 freestyle.
