Kenji Fisher, Solon
Parents: Mark and Yuki Fisher.
Siblings: Mary and Hannah Fisher.
Sports/Activities: I play soccer for my high school. I also play the cello and guitar at my church.
How did you get involved in sports?: I started playing soccer in rec leagues starting around second grade. I never did any serious club soccer but stuck with it and played on the middle school team. I liked the sport and my friends were joining the team freshman year so I did too.
Favorite moment from athletics: Hitting a nice volley off a corner kick. Tyler’s the one who sent it.
A person that has influenced you: My parents. They’ve worked really hard over the years to teach me what I know.
Hobbies: I enjoy playing the guitar and spending time with family and friends.
Favorite food: Spam and eggs over rice with soy sauce.
Favorite book: I liked the Lord of the Rings trilogy a lot.
Favorite movie: I like boxing movies. The Fighter comes to mind.
How are you spending time with school closed?: Being with family, playing my guitar, doing school work and playing games with friends.
Future plans: I’m going to college. I am pursuing a career in the medical field.
