Ella Duster, Solon 

Parents: Jen and Keith Duster

Siblings: Simon, Faye, Mara, and Meg

Sports/Activities: Soccer and cross country.

How did you get involved in sports? I ran cross country in middle school because my older brother did it, and found I really liked it. My older sister was a part of the soccer team so I tried that out too and also found that I loved playing it.

Favorite moment from athletics: When we stayed until 10:00 pm because the last 30 minutes of our game got delayed because of a storm.

A person (people) that has influenced you: My older siblings because they showed me how to figure out what I enjoyed doing.

Hobbies: I enjoy being involved in the music programs and spending time with my pets.

Favorite classes: Band and drawing classes.

Favorite food: My mom’s pizza

Favorite book: Harry Potter

Favorite movie: About Time

How are you spending time with school closed? Cleaning out my aunt’s barn

Future plans: Attend Iowa State University
