Solon jumped five spots back into the top five in the latest boys cross country rankings released on Tuesday by the Iowa Association of Track Coaches.

The defending Class 3A runner-up, Solon  jumped from 11th to fifth in the Class 3A rankings matching its highest ranking of the season. Clear Creek Amana is No. 15 in the Class 3A rankings.

In Class 4A City High is fifth, while Liberty High is eighth and West High is No. 15.

Regina remained eighth in the Class 1A rankings.

Top-ranked teams this week are Sioux City North (4A), Dallas Center-Grimes (3A), Danville/New London (2A) and ACGC (1A).
