Liberty High had a two-game winning streak snapped with a 52-47 loss to Cedar Rapids Kennedy on Tuesday in a Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division matchup in North Liberty.

Cedar Rapids Kennedy improved to 9-6 with the win while Liberty High dropped to 8-7.

Ethan O’Donnell led Liberty High with a game-high 19 points while Andre Brandon had 11 points and Kelby Telander added eight points.

Caleb Schlaak led Cedar Rapids Kennedy with 14 points and seven rebounds while Josh White added 12 points, five rebounds and three assists for the Cougars.

Paul Cory had eight points, eight rebounds and three assists for Cedar Rapids Kennedy.
