Top-ranked City High rallied from a seven-point four quarter deficit to down No. 7 Cedar Falls 82-73 in overtime on Tuesday in a Mississippi Valley Conference thriller in Cedar Falls.
Aubrey Joens poured in a game-high 39 points and Rose Nkumu added 18 as City High improved to 10-0.
Cedar Falls dropped to 8-4 with the loss.
Paige Rocca had 12 points and Ella Cook added eight for City High while Anaya Barney had 15 to lead five Cedar Falls players in double figures.

Waterloo West broke open a five-point game with a 24-point third quarter on its way to a 66-47 win over West High on Tuesday in Waterloo.
West High had a three-game winning streak snapped with the loss and dropped to 6-5 on the season while Class 5A eighth-ranked Waterloo West improved to 10-2.
Matayia Tellis led West High with 12 points while Cora Saunders added nine and Audrey Koch had eight for the Women of Troy.
Halli Poock had a game-high 23 points to lead the WaHawks while Brooklyn Smith added 14 and Sahara Williams had 10.

Regina Gets Back on Track
Regina bounced back from a Monday night loss to West Liberty with a 59-40 win over Wilton on Tuesday in a River Valley Conference South Division matchup in Iowa City.
Sam Greving had a game-high 22 points as Regina improved to 8-4 on the season and 8-4 in RVC play.
Wilton dropped to 4-10 with the loss and to 3-9 in conference games.
Annie Gahan had 10 points, six rebounds and four steals for Regina while Grace Gaarde and Steph Stenger each had nine points.
Claire Gaarde had three points, five steals, four assists and four rebounds for the Regals.

Central DeWitt Pulls Away From Solon
Class 4A No. 10 Central DeWitt broke open a six-point game at halftime with a 22-point third quarter in a 60-35 win over Solon on Tuesday in a WAMAC East Division matchup in DeWitt.
The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Solon and dropped the Spartans to 6-7 on the season and 6-6 in WAMAC play while Central DeWitt improved to 12-1 and 11-1 in WAMAC contests.
Kaia Holtkamp had 20 points to lead Solon while Jenna LaDage added six for the Spartans.
