Softball Roundup: Regina Remains Unbeaten With Win Over Washington

Regina continued its unbeaten start to the season with a 5-1 win over Washington on Friday in a non-conference contest in Iowa City.
Emma Nibaur tossed a complete game three hitter and Annie Gahan had two hits and drove in two runs as Regina improved to 3-0 on the season.
Washington dropped to 1-3 with the loss.
Nibaur struck out 10 and allowed just one earned run on three hits in the complete game.
Gahan provided all the offense the Regals would need going 2-for-3 with a double, two RBI and a run scored.
Abby Clark had a hit drove in a run and scored a run and Baylee O’Connor had a hit and scored a run for the Regals.
Kate Milder and Gabby Sueppel each drove in runs for Regina while Courtney Kessler and Emma Sueppel scored runs for Regina.
