Baseball Roundup: Arendt Caps Five-run Regina Seventh With Walkoff Homer

Scott Arendt hit a walk-off three-run home run to cap a five-run seventh inning as Regina rallied for a 9-8 win over Bellevue on senior night at Regina.
Regina improved to 9-19 on the season and 6-11 in River Valley Conference play with the win while Bellevue dropped to 11-14 and 6-12 in RVC play.
Bellevue scored three runs in the sixth to take a 5-4 lead and led 8-4 after tacking on three runs in the seventh inning.
Regina responded with a five-run seventh that ended with the three-run home run by Arendt, his first of the season.
Arendt scored twice while Danny Molony had a hit and scored two runs.
Chase Becker doubled and drove in a run while Declan McCoy had a double and scored a run.
Adam Connell had a hit and drove in two runs while Jack Tierney had a hit and drove in a run for Regina.
