Class 5A seventh-ranked West High earned its second consecutive win over a ranked opponent on Tuesday rallying for a 60-45 win over No. 15 Cedar Rapids Prairie in a Mississippi Valley Conference matchup in Cedar Rapids.

Audrey Koch poured in a game-high 23 points as West High erased a two-point halftime deficit to improve to 5-3 on the season with its third straight win.

Emma Ingersoll-Weng added 11 points, Meena Tate had eight and Anna Prouty seven for West High.

Kamryn Grissel had 11 points and Natalie Bennett and McKenna Murray each had 10 for Cedar Rapids Prairie as the Hawks dropped to 5-4.
