The football postseason opened on Friday with opening round games in all six classes.

All teams electing to participate were eligible for the 2020 playoffs under a new format revised for a COVID-19 shortened regular season.

Following opening round games on Friday the fields in each class have been narrowed to 32 teams.

Pairings for second round matches on Friday are set with pods being redrawn in advance of the third round of games that will be played on October 30.
