A third-place finish by senior standout Annalee Bartels helped Regina to a runner-up team finish on Thursday at the Cascade Invitational at Fillmore Fairways Golf Course in Cascade.

Bartels placed third in a time of 20:21.3 finishing behind only Dubuque Wahlert seniors Alix Oliver and Gabby Moran.

Class 3A third-ranked Dubuque Wahlert put four runners in the top 10 on its way to the winning the team title with 44 points followed by 1A fourth-ranked Regina with 73.

Benton Community was third with 74, Prince of Peace was fourth with 95 and Clear Creek Amana finished fifth with 96 points.

Sophomore Mya Whitaker joined Bartels in the top 10 placing 10 overall in a time of 21:58.6.

Clear Creek Amana was led by sophomore Haidyn Barker who was sixth in a time of 20:52.3.

Kayla Jiras was 20^th in 23:42.7 while sophomore Avery Allan was 21^st in 23:46.2
