Regina’s Ellie VanLandschoot kept her sophomore season alive on Monday.

VanLandschoot fired a 94 at the Class 2A, Region 4B meet at Heritage Oaks Country Club in Wapello on Monday to advance to next week’s Region 4 final.

Williamsburg won the team title with a 381 while Mid-Prairie shot a 385 to advance to the Region 4 final.

Regina placed third with a 402.

VanLandschoot will compete at the Region 4 final on May 21 at th Oskaloosa Public Golf Course.

West Branch’s Rocha Advances to Regional Final

Aleah Rocha shot a 97 to place third at the Class 2A, Region 5B meet on Monday at Valley Oaks Golf Club in Clinton advancing to next week’s regional final.

Rocha will compete at the 2A Region 5 final on May 21 at the Dyersville Country Club.

Monticello shot a 389 to win the team title while Camanche was second with a 397 and Tipton was third with a 406.

West Branch placed fourth with a 414.
