Regina Junior Kennedy Wallace Commits to Truman State

Kennedy Wallace still has two full seasons of high school basketball in front of her but the Regina junior has already settled on a future home.
Wallace announced on Twitter she had given a verbal commitment to Division II Truman State.
“I’m excited & proud to announce that I’ve verbally committed to play basketball at Truman State University. Can’t wait to be a Bulldog!” Wallace wrote in a tweet.
Wallace averaged 7.2 points per game last season as a sophomore while helping Regina to a 26-1 record and a spot in the Class 2A state semifinals.
The 5-foot-8 guard ranked second on the team with 48 3-pointers and also had 36 assists and 22 steals.
Truman State is a member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference and was 15-13 last season and 10-8 in conference play.
