Baseball Roundup: Regina Bounces Back With Win Over North Cedar

Regina bounced back from a pair of losses to top-ranked Wilton on Monday with a 11-1 five-inning win over North Cedar in a River Valley Conference cross-divisional matchup in Iowa City.
Ryan Schott tossed a two-hitter to earn the win as Regina improved to 8-4 won the season and 5-2 in RVC play.
Schott gave up one run and walked four but struck out six while improving his season record to 2-0.
Hunter Liebermann went 2-for-2 with a pair of doubles, two RBI and three runs scored to lead Regina.
Evan Suchomel was 2-for-3 and drove in four runs and Ryne Schooley had two hits while Jayden Kies had a triple, scored a run and drove in a run.
