Rachel Haack swept the throwing events and Ellie Fraga had a trio of top-two finishes to lead City High on Saturday at its own Sherwood Relays and Raffensperger Track in Iowa City.

Haack won titles in both the discus and shot put and Fraga added a title in the long jump as City High finished third in the team standings behind champion Cedar Falls and runner-up Southeast Polk.

City High also got a runner-up finish from Laila Pho in the 400 and finished runner-up in the sprint medley relay on its way to a third-place team finish.

Haack led the way for the Little Hawks winning the discus title with a toss of 131-7 and added a title in the shot put with a mark of 41-8.

Fraga won the long jump with a leap of 16-8 and added runner-up finishes in both the 100 and 200.

Fraga finished runner-up to Davenport Assumption senior Kelly Grobstich in both the 100 and the 200, clocking a time of 12.73 in the 100 and 26.4 in the 200.

Pho was runner-up in the 400 in 1:02.34 and the Little Hawk sprint medley relay team was runner-up in 1:55.67.

Nicole Peterson finished third in the 3,000 in 10:46.19 and Abigail Burns was third in the 800 in 2:24.73 for City High.
