Class 4A No. 12 Clear Creek Amana closed the regular season with a win on Friday using a strong second half to down No. 15 Marion 61-50 in a WAMAC cross-divisional contest in Tiffin.

Clear Creek Amana improved to 13-7 on the season with the win while Marion dropped to 12-8.

Averie Lower led three Clippers in double figures with a game-high 25 points while Lena Evans had 24 points for Clear Creek Amana.

Kennedy Stratton added 10 points for the Clippers.

Madeline Pavelka had 17 points, Kendyl Aarhus had 11 points and Harlow Griffin had 10 points for the Wolves.
