Solon extended its winning streak to five with a 57-52 win over West Branch on Thursday in a non-conference matchup in West Branch.

The Spartans improved to 15-5 with the win while West Branch had a three-game winning streak snapped and dropped to 10-12 with the loss.

Isaiah Zoske had a game-high 16 points to lead three Solon players in double figures.

Caleb Bock and Maddox Kelley each had 13 points for Solon while Jackson Link and Grant Gordon each had five points.

Jayden Harris had 15 points to lead West Branch while Brandon Pickett had 12 points and Brandon Pedersen added eight for the Bears.

Michael Montgomery had six points and Brennen Dale had five points for West Branch.
