City High won its second game in as many days on Tuesday picking up a 55-43 win over Cedar Rapids Jefferson in a Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division contest in Cedar Rapids

Class 5A No. 9 City High improved to 15-6 on the season with the win while Cedar Rapids Jefferson dropped to 8-12.

Kaitlin Loria had a game-high 16 points to lead four City High players with at least nine points.

August Palmer and Tessa Driscoll each had 10 points and Emmy McComas had nine points for the Little Hawks.

Hattie Galloway added seven points for City High.

Lillie Spicer had 11 points and Lilli Ulrich had 10 for the J-Hawks.
