Boys Basketball Roundup: City High Downs Dubuque Hempstead For Second Consecutive Win

City High continued its late-season surge with an 86-54 win at Dubuque Hempstead on Monday in a Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division matchup in Dubuque.
The win was the second in a row and third in last four games for City High and improved the Little Hawks to 3-12 on the season.
Dubuque Hempstead dropped to 3-12 with the loss.
Chrisopher Watkins led City High with 20 points while Jaxton Schroeder added 17 points for the Little Hawks.
Iyon Harris had 12 points, Jay’Den Williamson had nine points and Parker Sutherland had eight for City High.
Davion Luckett and Ja’Vion Robinson each had five points for City High.
Reed Strohmeyer had 20 points to lead Dubuque Hempstead.
