Class 3A No. 1 Mount Vernon pushed its winning streak to 14 with a 57-33 win over Solon on Friday in a WAMAC East Division contest in Solon.

Mount Vernon improved to 15-1 and 6-0 in WAMAC East Division play with the win while Solon dropped to 8-7 and 2-4 in WAMAC East play.

Delainey Durr led Solon with 10 points while Kobi Lietz added eight points for the Spartans.

Sydney Huber had a game-high 17 points to lead four Mount Vernon players in double figures.

Taylor Franck had 12 points and Courtney Franck and Savanna Wright each had 10 points for the Mustangs.
