Solon extended its winning streak to five with a 67-51 win over Independence on Tuesday in a WAMAC East Division contest in Independence.
The Spartans improved to 8-4 on the season and 3-2 in WAMAC East Division play while Independence dropped to 7-8 and 1-4 in WAMAC East games.
Caleb Bock poured in a game-high 24 points to lead three Solon players in double figures while Isaiah Zoske added 12 points for the Spartans.
Jackson Link had 11 points and Maddox Kelley had nine for Solon while Grant Gordon had five points.
Brady Kurt had 15 points and Dawson Fuelling had 13 for Independence.
