Girls Basketball Roundup: Seventh-ranked Williamsburg Pulls Away From Solon

Class 3A seventh-ranked Williamsburg held Solon to 10 second-half points and erased a three-point halftime deficit in a 50-34 win over the Spartans on Tuesday in a WAMAC Conference cross-divisional contest in Williamsburg.
Solon dropped to 4-5 with the loss while Williamsburg improved to 8-2 on the season.
Beckett Kruse led Solon with 12 points while Delainey Durr added nine, Kobie Lietz had seven and Jerzey Haluska had six for the Spartans.
Zoe Allen had a game-high 16 points to lead Williamsburg and Kylee Suhr and Kennedy Skaggs each had eight for the Raiders.
