Solon snapped a two-game losing streak and opened 2025 with a win, downing previously unbeaten Mid-Prairie 79-58 in a non-conference contest in Wellman on Saturday.
Delainey Durr led five Spartans in double figures with a game-high 20 points as Solon scored a season-high in points.
Solon improved to 4-4 with the win while Mid-Prairie dropped to 7-1.
Quinn Armentrout had 14 points while Kobi Lietz, Jerzey Haluska and Beckett Kruse all had 11 for the Spartans.
Laeni Hinkle added nine points for Solon.
Jerogia Evans had 14 points and Callie Huber and Brylee Gearhart each had 12 to lead Mid-Prairie.
