Solon fell to Grinnell 54-43 in a WAMAC cross-divisional contest in Grinnell on Tuesday.

Grinnell improved to 2-1 with the win while Solon dropped to 2-1 on the season with the loss.

Nolan Seagren and Jackson Link each had nine points to lead Solon while Maddox Kelley had six points for the Spartans.

Karsyn Regennitter and Isaiah Zoske each had five points for Solon.

Brady Coffman had a game-high 13 points for Grinnell and Ryan McIlrath and Kegan Hobbs each had 11 for the Tigers.
