Solon had four top two finishes including a pair of champions on its way to a third-place team finish at the South Tama Invitational on Thursday in Tama.

Kara VeDepo and McKenna Rogers each won individual titles and Olivia Bonnema and Lucianna Miller added runner-up finishes as Solon placed third with 156.5 points.

Vinton-Shellsburg won the team title with 215.5 points followed by host South Tama with 179.

VeDepo went 5-0 with four pins and a tech fall on her way to the title at 105 pounds.

Rogers pinned her way to the 110-pound title, pinning Kate Martin of Mount Vernon in 4:32 in the title match.

Bonnema finished runner-up to Chloe Sanders of Vinton-Shellsburg at 145 pounds and Miller was runner-up to Valerie Altenhofen of Williamsburg at 140 pounds.

Tess Richards finished third at 115 pounds, Haiden Wolfe was fourth at 235 and Jadlyn Huynh finished fifth at 120 pounds.
