Clear Creek Amana went 5-0 and didn’t drop a set on its way to winning the title at the Grinnell Invitation on Saturday in Grinnell.

Class 4A sixth-ranked Clear Creek Amana improved to 5-1 on the season with its performance on Saturday that included a win over host Grinnell in the championship match.

Clear Creek Amana defeated Urbandale (21-15, 21-7), Washington (21-8, 21-17) and 4A No. 9 Dallas Center-Grimes (21-16, 21-14) in pool play.

The Clippers downed Carlisle 21-16, 21-18 and defeated Grinnell 21-16, 21-18 in the championship.
