Addie Miller and Kendall Jensen each homered as Solon defeated Anamosa 10-0 in five innings in a non-conference game on Monday in Solon.

Solon improved to 14-20 with the win while Anamosa dropped to 8-16 with the loss.

Jensen earned the win in the circle allowing just three hits and striking out five in a five-inning complete game.

Miller went 1-for-2 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored and Jensen was 1-for-3 with a home run to lead a six-hit Solon attack.

Izzy Frees went 3-for-3 with a double, four RBI and two runs scored for Solon.

Laeni Hinkle had a hit and scored two runs, and Keegan Kleppe scored twice for the Spartans.
