Clear Creek Amana senior Halle Bormann capped an impressive career by adding another award to her list of achievements.

Bormann was named WAMAC West Division player of the year after leading Clear Creek Amana in both goals and assists while helping the Clippers to a 10-6 record and a spot in a regional semifinal.

A four-year starter, Bormann had a career-high 17 goals and added 11 assists to lead the Clippers.

Senior Eva Plathe and junior keeper Alannah McKibben joined Bormann on the WAMAC West Division first team.

Plathe had 10 goals and 10 assists while McKibben made 95 saves while allowing 19 goals in 16 matches.

Senior Ashlynne Bode, junior Ellery Sandersfeld and sophomore Kendyl Malli were all named to the West Division second team.

Malli had six goals and six assists for the Clippers.

Senior Addison Gisleson and junior Kylie Koehn were both honorable mention West Division selections.

Solon had five players earn all-division honors in the East Division.

Junior Rose McAtee was named to the East Division first team after leading the Spartans with 13 goals.

Senior Grace Yetley and sophomore keeper Audrey Heineman were both East Division second team picks.

Yetley had three assists and Heineman made 67 saves while allowing 31 goals.

Sophomore Sofia Ortega and freshman Sophia Link were both honorable mention East Division picks.
