West High used a strong fourth quarter to down Southeast Polk 38-37 on Saturday in a Class 5A, Region 4 semifinal in Pleasant Hill.

Grace Fincham had a double-double with a game-high 18 points and 10 rebounds as West High improved to 13-9 on the season with its fourth straight win.

Southeast Polk closed the season 9-13.

Sasha Baldwin had seven points, six rebounds and three assists and Alyson Skala had five points, three rebounds and three steals for West High.

Lucy Wolf had two points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals for the Trojans.

West High will face fourth-ranked Waukee (17-4) in the Region 4 title game on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Waukee High School

Waukee defeated Urbandale 59-27 in the semifinals on Saturday.
