West High scored 44 second-half points on its way to a 66-49 win over Cedar Rapids Kennedy on Tuesday in a Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division contest in Cedar Rapids.

The win was the second in as many days for West High and improved the Trojans to 11-9 on the season while Cedar Rapids Kennedy dropped to 6-13 with its second loss in a row.

Lucy Wolf led West High with 15 points and five assists while Ava Frese had 15 points and two assists for the Trojans.

Elle Barnett had 13 points and Grace Fincham had 12 points, seven rebounds, five assists and two steals for West High.

Sasha Baldwin added five points, two assists and two steals and Abby Neumiller had four points and four rebounds.
