City High fell to Waterloo West 51-49 on Monday in a Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division makeup game in Iowa City.

Waterloo West improved to 9-8 on the season with its second straight win while City High dropped to 4-12 with the loss.

Nakia Ollivierre had a game-high 25 points to lead Waterloo West while Charlotte Gettman had 11 points for the WaHawks.

Tessa Driscoll led City High with 15 points while Augie Palmer had 10 points for the Little Hawks.

Maybes Miller had eight points, Hattie Galloway had seven and Kaitlin Loria had six for City High.
