Girls Basketball Roundup: City High Comes Up Short in Road Game at Linn-Mar

City High fell to Linn-Mar 57-55 on Tuesday in a Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division game in Marion.
The loss was the seventh straight for City High and dropped the Little Hawks to 3-10 on the season while Linn-Mar improved to 7-8 with its second win in a row.
Tessa Casebolt had a game-high 22 points, 11 rebounds six assists and six steals to lead Linn-Mar while Emily Koranda had 15 points.
Dreya Kern added 12 points for the Lions.
Tessa Driscoll had 20 points to lead City High and August Palmer had 14 for the Little Hawks.
Kaitlin Loria had nine points, Maybes Miller had eight and Hattie Galloway four for City High.
