City High crowned two champions and had four top-three finishes on its way to a fourth-place team finish at the Jack Mendenhall Invitational on Saturday at Ames High School.

Cale Seaton and Kael Voinovich each won individual titles as City High finished with 143.5 points.

Fort Dodge won the team title with 195 points followed by Indianola with 187 and Waverly-Shell Rock with 163 points.

Seaton (14-0) pinned his way to the 132-pound title posting a second-period pin of Tyler Lee of Cedar Rapids Prairie in the title match.

Voinovich (22-1) had a pair of tech falls to reach the 157-pound title match where he pinned Wyatt Vlasek of Cedar Rapids Prairie in 1:19.

Kael Kurtz finished runner-up at 138 pounds, dropping a 5-2 decision to Koy Davidson of Fort Dodge in the title match.

Kendall Kurtz finished third at 113 pounds while Jake Mitchell placed fifth at 144 pounds.
