Benton Community overcame a 12-point first-quarter deficit to down Clear Creek Amana 76-74 on Thursday in a WAMAC West Division contest in Van Horne.

The win snapped a three-game losing skid for Benton Community and improved the Bobcats to 4-4 on the season while Clear Creek Amana dropped to 3-4 with the loss.

Andrew Rotzoll led Clear Creek Amana with 21 points while Cale Berry added 14 points for the Clippers.

Robert Meade had 13 points and Haiden Hardy had 11 for Clear Creek Amana.
