Liberty High had three finalists and finished fourth as a team at the Saber Invitational on Saturday in DeWitt.

Benjamin Rosen, Landon Bell and Gavin Benton all finished runner-up for Liberty High as the Lightning racked up 108.5 points.

Creston won the team title with 235 points followed by host Central DeWitt with 158 and Princeton with 135.

Rosen (12-2) went 2-1 on his way to a runner-up finish at 113 pounds and Bell (12-3) went 3-1 and finished runner-up at 165 pounds.

Benton (11-3) went 2-1 with two pins while finishing runner-up at 175 pounds, dropping a 3-2 decision to Jordan Buford of Midland in the title match.

Connor McGonegle finished fourth at 106 pounds, Blake DuBois was fourth at 285 pounds and Ethan Barber was fifth at 190 pounds for the Lightning.
