City High defeated Western Dubuque 45-36 in a Mississippi Valley Conference dual meet on Thursday in Epworth.

The Little Hawks won eight matches and had four pins in the win over the Bobcats.

Eliza Mitchell (110), Sierra Pruessner (135), Nina Peterson (140) and Molly Carlson (170) all recorded pins for the Little Hawks.

Hazel Boerner won by forfeit at 105, Martha Willard won an 8-6 decision at 115 while Annabelle Stelpflug won by forfeit at 145 and Shaona Emmanuel won by forfeit at 155.
