Class 3A second-ranked Benton Community erased a seven-point deficit with a 20-point fourth quarter and rallied past 2A fourth-ranked Regina 49-46 in a top-five non-conference matchup on Thursday in Van Horne.

Benton Community improved to 3-0 with the win while Regina dropped to 1-1 on the season.

Alli Clark led Regina with 20 points and six rebounds on 7-of-12 shooting from the floor.

Ella McLaughlin had 11 points and five rebounds and Morgan Miller had five points, five rebounds and four assists for the Regals.

Caitlin Martin had four points and four rebounds and Morgan Squiers had three points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Emma Townsley led Benton Community with 17 points, six assists and five rebounds while Zoey Junge had five points and 10 rebounds.
