West High and Clear Creek Amana each climbed one spot in the most recent girls cross country rankings released by the Iowa Association of Track Coaches on Tuesday.

Clear Creek Amana moved up a spot to eighth in the Class 3A rankings while West High jumped one spot to 16th in the Class 4A rankings.

City High and Liberty High join West High in the 4A rankings, holding their spots from last week.

Liberty High remained No. 19 in the 4A rankings and City High held its spot at ninth in 4A.

Solon remained sixth in the Class 3A rankings while Regina held its spot at eighth in the Class 1A rankings.

Top-ranked teams this week include Johnston in Class 4A, Pella in Class 3A, Mid-Prairie in Class 2A and Madrid in Class 1A.
