Liberty High and City High bot made big jumps in the most recent boys cross country rankings released on Tuesday by the Iowa Association of Track Coaches.

City High climbed five spots to No. 15 in the Class 4A rankings while Liberty High moved up three spots to No. 11 in Class 4A.

Liberty High and City High headline a list of five Your Prep Sports area teams in the most recent rankings.

Solon moved up one spot to ninth in the Class 3A rankings while Clear Creek Amana held its spot at No. 11 in Class 3A this week.

Regina held its spot at No. 12 in the Class 1A rankings.

Top-ranked teams in the week four rankings are Cedar Falls (4A), Gilbert (3A), Des Moines Christian (2A) and ACGC (1A).
