Clear Creek Amana climbed one spot in the second boys cross country rankings of the season released on Tuesday by the Iowa Association of Track Coaches.

The Clippers moved up one spot to ninth in the Class 3A rankings while Solon dropped one spot to seventh in the second set of 3A rankings.

Three Your Prep Sports area teams held their spots in the second set of rankings.

West High remained No. 14 in Class 4A while City High held its spot at No. 17 in Class 4A.

Defending 1A state champion Regina stayed at No. 14 in the Class 1A rankings.

Top-ranked teams in the second rankings are West Des Moines Dowling (4A), Pella (3A), and Des Moines Christian (2A) and ACGC (1A).
